Who We Are
Save Live International was established by a group of young and visionary people who were highly motivated and committed to sharing their time, skills and energies for the development and empowerment of socially disadvantaged and vulnerable communities in Kenya and addressing poverty issues and gender based discriminations.
SALIIN is a development Organisation. It’s a non-government, non-profit, non-sectarian and a non-partisan Organisation working for social development of vulnerable and less disadvantaged people in Kenya. It’s a human-centred NGO. SALIIN could also be observed as an implementing Organisation, which designs and implements various development projects with the financial and technical support of international donor agencies, the County and National Governments.

Impact Stories
Abdiweli Mohamed, Flood Survivor & Community Leader
When floods destroyed our village, SALIIN was the first to bring food, clean water, and hope. They didn’t just give us supplies—they helped us rebuild our homes and livelihoods. Today, my family is stronger because of their support.
Rahma Shee, Tana Delta Women’s Group
Before, I depended on my husband for everything. SALIIN trained us in business and gave us seed money. Now 20 of us run a mangrove honey cooperative—we even sell to hotels in Malindi!
